Paris Hilton has yet to show her real self!

Production for Paris Hilton’s new TV show, a long waited project, starts in two weeks.

“It’s basically like nothing I’ve ever done. With The Simple Life and these BFF shows it was this character I was playing. I was kind of hiding behind the dumb blond facade. Now I feel like it’s the time to be my real self and show the real me, my real life, my friends, my family, and everything that goes on. It’s going to be very interesting and crazy,” she told US Magazine at the Haute Canine Couture event in Beverly Hills.

About her aunts and their new TV show “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” she said: “When there’s cameras around there’s always going to be a lot of pressure. Kim wasn’t used to it in the beginning. She was an actress her whole life, and now it’s reality, which is really different. I think it’s hard to really get into. [The show] is really good. I think they’re really funny and are doing great!”

Though I am excited for this new show, I’d like to know what’s happening with Dubai BFF as well. If the Middle Eastern companies won’t help finish the production, The US producers should just try & get MTV or TV Guide to help finish it up & just air it in the US.

I think the Dubai BFF is going to come out. It’s been too long since any other BFF shows. That series has ended, I don’t see why they’d release another one. I think the fact it hasn’t been released by now, just means it’s really tied up in some dodgey things. Plus, why is MTV going to want to show something Hilton related when her show is going to be on a different network?

I’m looking forward to this show, I’m hopeful to see a more personal side instead of the character which gets a bit irritating at times purely because I know (as most super fans do) there is so much more to Paris. I’m interested to know what it’ll be titled. I’d imagine it’ll have her name in it considering ‘Paris Hilton’ is her brand and this will be about promoting it, but how are the other people involved going to be also included?
