City Attorney Screams: Paris Hilton, Go Back To Jail!

The Los Angeles City Attorney has filed a motion, asking the judge who sentenced Paris Hilton to have her returned to jail to serve out her full sentence.

In the documents obtained by TMZ, City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo is also asking Judge Michael Sauer to hold a hearing, demanding that the Sheriff’s Department show why it should not be held in contempt of court for “violating Judge Sauer’s May 4, 2007 order, which expressly stated “no electronic monitoring.”

Late this afternoon, the judge granted the request for a hearing, which is now scheduled for 9:00 AM PDT tomorrow.

I am going to be beyond POed if Paris actually has to go back to jail. She should have NEVER been there in the first place. And besides most “normal” people only serve about 3 days anyways. So why is she being treated more harshly?

They’ve got a video up on that page talking to Harvey Levin from TMZ.com and he says that the judge has NO recourse over this, and that since they said it was a medical reason he can’t really do anything. And he said how she had already served her time anyways (b/c of overcrowding no one for this kind of misdemeanor crime is serving more than 10% of their sentence), so she would have been let out anyways. He says the problem is the reason they gave. I just know I’m confused and I’m gonna be very mad if she’s brought back to jail. She has served her time and it’s not her fault if they gave out a “bad” reason. I highly doubt she told them what reason to give out.
