De Grisogono files lawsuit against Paris Hilton Entertainment
Swiss luxury jeweller, De Grisogono, has filed a lawsuit against Paris Hilton Entertainment and claims that the Paris Hilton Watch collection violates two of its patents. No more information is available on this case at the moment.

How many different variations of watches could anyone possibly make in this day and age?
Such nuisance lawsuits get old after a while.
Her watch manufacturer(s) will have to deal with it. They are expected to avoid patent infringements, in any exist.
