Exciting news about Paris Hilton’s new album!

Kevin got a reply from Taura Jackson. Here’s what she wrote:

Thanks so much for all of the love. I’m not entirely sure about the label because she’s still deciding. But the album itself is CRAZY! It’s something for everyone on there and the songs are sooo Paris, so amazing and of course she has club records. If I hear anything new, I will keep you posted. Thanks again.

I love to hear that! I may be desperate to hear it, but I really want her to take her time and make the next album even better than “Paris”.

I think all she’s pretty much doing now is shopping around for record label’s now.

Usually a record label helps with the whole process, like hiring producers and songwriters, picking and selecting songs for the album, the album photo shoot, advertisement (record labels pay for all the events, meet&greets, for her to go on Ellen, David, etc), single selection, music videos, etc.

But Paris didn’t have a label to back her up on this album so I think she paid everything out of her pocket to get those songs done. Hopefully her new label will get her a good deal with promotion, music videos, and everything else!
