Hairtech International wants to sue Paris Hilton for $35 million
Reported by MonstersAndCritics.com
Paris Hilton has been sued for $35 million by a disgruntled hair extension firm.
That’s how much Hairtech International says it paid the socialite in 2007 to become the spokeswoman for its Dream Catcher line.
But despite the deal, it claims every time Hilton was photographed wearing hair extensions they were in fact ones by their competitors.
Now the firm is suing Hilton in the LA County Superior Court.
The firm says Hilton’s repeated ‘chemical abuse, illicit drug use, alcohol abuse as well as other (illegal) debaucheries’ were ‘contra’ to its marketing campaign.
The firm also claims she breached her contract when she was jailed in June 2007 because her deal stipulated she’‘obey the law’.
And the firm says Hilton missed a Hairtech launch party because she was behind bars.
The firm alleges more than 600 hair extension professionals were supposed to be at the party and that Hilton not being there cost it $6.6 million in revenue.
Hilton's representatives have not commented.

In a recession companies will try to get money from anyone they can, even if they have to manufacture a cause.
“implied contract” is not the same as what a contract actually spells out.
This company is grasping at straws.

What in the actual fuck?? She promoted the line more then she promoted her album!! And even was still promoting them after jail so if that was such a big problem, why didn’t they bring it up with her earlier??
My theory:
Their sales have stalled this year due to Paris being so quiet career wise & they wana recoup the costs.
Paris is known for being controversial, who did they think they were signing up? Mother Thersa??

Another cheap attempt to cash grab Paris. How could Hairtech turn against her after all these years of partnership. People are so crazy and greedy these days.
Where does the “illicit drug use” come from? Are they going to prove it by quoting one of the fake news articles?
