No confirmation of a second season of The World According to Paris from Oxygen

Despite what’s being reported in the media, Oxygen has not confirmed that The World According to Paris is canceled. The report, which originated from New York Magazine’s blog Vulture, quotes “unscripted industry insiders,” not an official statement by Oxygen. Apparently, an unnamed rep for the network said: “No decision on season two yet but we are happy with its performance this season.”

The media is just assuming that it has been canceled, and they can’t back up the claim with a reliable source.

Paris recently said in an interview that the producers would like to make another season, but she hasn’t made up her mind yet.

I’d love to see a second season too.

But Paris is no starving actress, so it really does not matter which project she choses.
