"She's absolutely at a greater danger of miscarrying than most women," says Troy Hailparn, M.D., a San Antonio ob-gyn, who has not treated the Simple Life star. "Through some miracle, she managed to get pregnant and survive the first trimester, when most women with her history would suffer a miscarriage — but she's not out of the woods yet."

I haven't seen it reported elsewhere (I did a Yahoo and Yahoo news search), so I don't know where the original story came from. As to what might or might not happen in the future - who really knows? Obviously I hope things go well for Nicole and her baby, as I would for anyone.

That's what I think also but it is always possible that somethhing could go wrong. since she is quite thin to hav a baby and also with her drug rep.
