Paris Hilton and Cy Waits inseparable?

For the second consecutive weekend, socialite Paris Hilton flew more than 4,000 miles from overseas to meet up with her new beau in Las Vegas. A week ago, it was a flight from Egypt, and over the weekend, it was a flight from Brazil. “Sure looks as if the new matchup is picking up steam on their fourth weekend of togetherness,” one of their friends told me. “They are inseparable while here in Las Vegas.”

After flying more than 12 hours from San Paolo to L.A. on Saturday, Paris promptly boarded another plane to Las Vegas, landing just before midnight.

Cy, who is a partner with twin brother Jesse and Victor Drai in XS and Tryst at Steve Wynn's hotels, plus Drai's After Hours in Bill's Gamblin' Hall, met her upon arrival here and immediately took her to rival Pure in Caesars Palace, where sister Nicky Hilton was hosting and celebrating boyfriend David Katzenberg's new MTV series The Hard Times of R.J. Berger with the cast.

They hung out in Pure's VIP section and in DJ Marshall Barnes' booth. Paris sported a classic little black dress and Nicky a bold green and purple patterned dress, and the sisters sipped Veuve Clicquot throughout the night. Brian Urlacher of the Chicago Bears, 2009 World Series of Poker champion Joe Cada and Playboy Playmate Laura Croft also were at Pure.

Paris, Cy, Nicky and David then all went at 2:30 a.m. to sister hotspot LAX in the Luxor, where Shayne Lamas and her husband Nik Richie of TheDirty.com were hosting, after an earlier performance by Gavin DeGraw. Paris and Cy wound up with their own intimate tete-a-tete in Noir Bar at LAX.

“They're taking it slow and sensibly, ” one of Paris' friends told me. “She's happy, and that's the most important thing. It's not super-serious dating yet, but they're seeing each other and getting to know each other better. She thinks he is very sweet, considerate and caring and loves the fact that he's self-made.

“Nobody knows where this might lead. I don't even think they do. Paris is so busy with this month's launch of her new Tease fragrance inspired by the glamour and beauty of her own all-time idol Marilyn Monroe.”

Paris, to quote you, don’t be desperate! I think you like the private jet. Who wouldn’t. Any guy who is lucky enough to spend time with you. Will fall in love with you. This is because of your beauty, sweetness, feminism, girlishness, I could go on. Please be careful before you give yourself away again.

Cy Waits and his twin brother are extremely successful business people.
They were named America’s most eligible batchelors in 2009.

Cy is a goodlooking guy, so they would make a nice couple.
