Paris Hilton Does Some Fitness

With her pre-prison training routine in full effect, Paris’ hunky trainer loaded a bicycle into her car as the convicted heiress emerged from her home and sashayed down her driveway/personal red carpet.

All dolled up in a glammed-out black sequined tank top, Paris was dressed more appropriate for a nightclub than a health club! Hyde Fitness, anyone?

The inmate-to-be posed for pics with fans before easing into the passenger side of her SUV, while her trainer was forced to exhibit his agility by having to climb along a fence in order to get into the driver’s seat.

He should know by now that being in a car with P is always hazardous to your health!

Paris seems to be in a better mood in this video than she has been in recently. That’s good to see. It’s been worrying me seeing her so depressed looking recently. It’s understandable, I’d be depressed too but I just hate seeing her like that. I like the happy, silly, outgoing Paris.
