Paris Hilton to continue to promote Rich Prosecco

Unreliable news sites, such as Daily Star, reported that the sales of Rich Prosecco have been somewhat disappointing and “30,000 units [are] being sold off at an auction in Stockport, England.

However, Rich Prosecco creator, Guenther Aloys, refuses to blame Paris Hilton for the poor sales. According to several news sites, he said to the media: “She is the perfect advert for our product. We have several new campaigns that are already being planned.” The authenticity of the quote can’t be verified.

I think it’s hard to get in the UK (at least away from major cities). I’ve looked a few times in supermarkets and I could only find one drink by the company but it wasn’t called Rich Prosecco and that was after a few searches.

Stupid article.
Such pieces always tell half truths and are written in such a way as to try to diminish Paris somehow..

Lots of companies sell their excess products to discount merchants. So what, it has nothing to do with Paris.

Prosecco is a sparkling wine which is sold in bottles in the US.
In order to sell it in cans, Prosecco needs a special patent, which is pending.

Paris Hilton’s contract with “Rich Prosecco has expired, apparently.

Well, I don’t drink wine, champagne, beer or whatever it is, so it’s not for me. Anyway, the way I see it is that technically Rich Prosecco has really nothing to do with Paris. She says that it’s “her drink,” but to me, she was under a contractual obligation to simply promote it and make it popular. I don’t think she was involved in the production of the drink. That’s all.

well they can alwys decide to renew the contract if they both still agree. and i think he meant she was just their cover girl so to speak for the product and not that she was involved in the development or manufacutring….

anyway i guess i’ll have to look for it.

oh, and if you don’t drink wine beer or champagne doe this mean you’re into the hard spirits?
