Paris Hilton to play Tinkerbell in new Disney movie?

Unreliable news site Page Six reported today that Paris Hilton may play Tinkerbell in Disney’s live-action version of “Tinkerbell.”

One of Page Six’ unreliable insiders said: “Paris has worked on her acting chops lately and showed some comedy prowess in her YouTube spoof of running for president. Disney suits saw it and think she may be developing some comedic-actress potential.”

I rekon this is bullshit. Maybe if theyre doing a Peter Pan live action movie, maybe in the vain of Hook. I can imagine Paris being involved like that but I really hope it isnt a cheesy, light and fluffy adaptation. Also, I’m not sure if Paris is cutesy enough to be Tinkerbell. She is a beautiful woman but if Disney is going to be doing a kiddy live action Tinkerbell movie like they’ve just released I can imagine more of the Hilary Duff’s of the world doing it as they have the more cutesy image. But if this is a serious adaptation then I think Paris would be great. She does have a very nymph like look to her.

this is not true.. this is another case of taking a quote paris said and creating a totally false story from it..

When being interviewed about Fairy Dust, paris somehow mentioned tinkerbell and the interviewer asked if she would even play the faerie ina movie.. and paris jsut said yeah that would be a really fun role..

I know i dont have the exact quotes but it went something like that.. so I’m guessing they jsut decicied to create a totally fake story from one thing paris said

Yep, I agree with Rick.

Paris mentioned Tinkerbell as being an inspiration behind Fairy Dust and the interviewer suggested that she could play Tinkerbell in a movie or something and Paris said she would consider it an honour or words to that effect.

At least the story has an origin in truth I suppose, unlike many of the other stories. But a writer who can’t understand the difference between “I’d like to play the part” and “Paris is definitely doing the part” shouldn’t really be employed to inform people of what’s going on in the world. They need to perfect some basic skills first.

It is a positive article about Paris coming from Page Sixx which totally surprised me and makes me think it might be true.

Paris would be so cute in some Disney productions, she has the facial features and the body for it.
And she certainly has the talent.

Doesn’t matter if a piece is “fluffy”.
Paris sees herself as a business woman, rather than being in one particular medium, which gives her a lot of flexibility.

hello? her dog is named tinkerbell, os of ocurse it’s obvious she loves the charachter! but playing her, well i think she’d be great in that as well. hope it’s true.
