Making something clear about “That’s Hot”
Now that news about Paris Hilton’s victory over the Hallmark lawsuit is spreading, some people in the hateful media are questioning whether Paris Hilton has the right to sue anyone who uses the term “That’s Hot.”
It’s a misleading question asked by haters who have no idea what they talk about, as usual. Paris trademarked the phrase in 2007, so this means a person could face legal problems only if he or she is selling a product or service that uses the term “That’s Hot” in conjunction with Paris’ image.
