Did Paris Hilton and her boyfriend commit a hit and run?

In this HTV clip, the heiress can be seen in the passenger seat as her beau Cy Waits is driving his Bentley as the couple leave Boa restaurant in West Hollywood, CA. on Wednesday night.

As paparazzi swarmed their car, Cy moved forward, knocking a female photographer to the ground. After checking to see if she was okay, the duo took off.

According to reports, EMT and police were called to the scene. Cy was later questioned and given a field sobriety test. He reportedly received a citation and will face a court date to address the matter.

A few months ago, it was Cy who? Now the whole world knows who he is. This will continue until Paris updates, he better get used to it! I do feel sorry for him, the way the police act toward him. Cy should get out and pose with Paris, to satisfy the media! If he really loved her, he would do this. Her previous bfs. who hated the attention all got shown the door. Paris is an out there girl, that is what made her famous. Paris must not change.
