Ryan Seacrest Interviews Paris Hilton
This morning, Paris Hilton called in to Ryan Seacrest’s show. These interviews with Ryan are becoming a bit “cliché.” Paris was talking about her upcoming reality show ParisBFF with Ryan.
Ryan also mentioned about the fake hotel article to Paris. Of course, Paris denied it. But does anyone in the media see a trend in these fake stories? It seems that people are just too foolish to believe everything. It’s incredible. The story came from The Sun! The rule is to simply ignore Daily Star, The Sun and The Mirror (all UK tabloids). That’s it!
Listen to the interview.

I could understand foolishness but too often it’s downright meanness, caused by envy.
There is a class of people who bitterly resent the winners in life., and they love to believe every untrue story about someone successful, like Paris.
Trying different things, taking measured risks, surviving occasional failure, daring to be different, financial success, is what winners DO.
Sadly, some people hate them for it.

agree with the thrust of your comments dawn. Except, the envy part. Looking at her endorsements to the right of the screen, I wouldn’t call champagne in a can or Fila, high-class.
Also, Barack Obama, Brad Pitt, and Madonna are just some of the people who’ve taken shots at Paris in the not so distant past. Are they envious? Losers?? Not risk-takers? Some people like Paris, some don’t, it’s hard to put her fans or haters in a class or group.

To anonymous :
I dont think Madonna has insulted Paris because Paris has made it known that she has always been inspired and been a fan of Madonna.

Anyone know if ParisBFF will be released on DVD?

Just some info for anonymous –
Prosecco Vine Frizzante is already available in bottles. In fact, you can buy it here in the US.
Prosecco in a can is available IN Addition to the bottled product, and it is already selling well in Europe.
I have tasted it and I like it – it is fruity and not as sweet as Asti.
Fila is also an Italian product which sells well in Europe.
I follow such things, guess I’m the ultimate fan LoL.
As to Brad Pitt – oh please. He left a reasonably good marriage for a woman who is bisexual and used to drink blood. No brains,no pains.
I’m voting for Hilary instead of Obama. Yes, I do recall his cheap shot at Hilton hotels, supposedly it came from his little daughter. What a crock.
People who take cheap shots at Paris Hilton generally have some agenda and they are indirectly using her name to get publicity.
I was not actually categorizing anyone – only the haters and some of their motives.

They might put it on MTV, I’m sure they will. If they put crap like “The Hills” on dvd, I’m sure BFF is going to come out on DVD.
I’m pretty sure Madonna hasn’t insulted Paris. Wow does Barack Obama even know Paris? Has Brad and Barack EVER met Paris in their lives? They are just like everyone else, just listening to gossip and reading everything they believe. The comment that Barack made about Paris is something a fucking 14 year girl would say. that was so classy of Barack That’s exactly why I’m not voting for him.

Obama’s just trying to garner votes…same old. I’d vote for Paris over Obama any day. Paris for President- Finally, a candidate to believe in!

dawn, kevin,
you both called it right on the Obama thing and the rest. Most people who take public shots at paris are doing it for the media attention and well, because it sells to a certain crowd. afterall, Hitlon-hating is still a national sport in the U.S., so it’s a cheap way for someone to get media attention & approval for themselves if they engage in it.
But wrt to barack, i definitely think it is an all time low for a U.S. Senator and someone who wants to be President to engage in such sleezey, pandering conduct. The first time he did it was back when his campaign was sputtering. but then again, he is positioning himself to appeal to the “faith-based values-voters”. which makes me ask…is he really a Republican? perhaps he needs to read the Constituition and other founding docs to learn about the requirement for separation of church and state and the prohibition of a religious test to qualify for public office.

oh, but i’m still not a fan of the whole benji thing. I think she sounds a little juvenile to be saying how in love they are all the time. i don’t care if they knew each other for six years or not (previously joel said only two, so who knows), that is still pretty quick since they’ve only been dating a few months and this is a rebound relationship for him… from a pretty serious relationship/engagement from spohie monk.
i think she should be more descerning aobut what she says and just keep her personal life more under wraps. otherwise she just lends credibility to the critics that say she is just copying nicole, yada, yada, yada.
oh and ryan is really tight with nicole and joel. notice how he never asked her about nicole? perhaps he knows to steer clear of that to avoid boxing her into making a public statment if things really aren’t so cool between paris and nicole.

why does every1 always suspect Paris an Nicole are having problems again? They are both very busy and dont really have a lot of time to hang out. people don’t just stop being friends so quickly. Paris has said that she has had sleep overs with nicole and harlow. I think every1 has really close friends that they dont get to see a lot bc of time and school and stuff. so they might not go partying 2gether all the time anymore, but they probably still care for and support eachother no matter what. and their friendship really is between them

the point wasn’t just those specific people. Instead, it was that it’s not a class issue. I think those individuals can be considered financially and professionally successful. Dawn had written that it was a class/envy thing. Pitt may or may not be a good person, but he’s not poor or unsuccessful. If Hilary was in the same situation she’d take a shot at Paris also. It’s not just an American thing either. I won’t go into it, but some European celebs and rich people have also taken shots at her also (not just the Greek shipping families). That’s all, it’s not class.

Also, Fila was started in the early 20th century and was taken over in 2006 or 2007 by Fila Korea. The brand reached its peak in the 80’s primarily due to the rap movement. It’s a good endorsement. I just wouldn’t call it an upscale item.

that whole brad pitt thing,
he never really insulted her.
he said smething along the lines of
“I came back from doing whatever over seas and all that was on TV was about Paris Hilton going to jail so I turned the tv right off”
He wasnt commenting badly about Paris,
He was laughing at how the media is and how they went so crazy over it.
I am so sick of all these fake stories.
and it pisses me of with other Paris Hilton fansites are so stupid and post the stories on their site like theyre 100% true.

Dawn, you say a lot of things that are spot on and true. You probably didn’t mean it, but as anonymous pointed out, the “class” comment did come across at first as putting the haters into a single financial bracket and could be taken the wrong way (my family were always poorer than the people I went to school with and I’m long term unemployed – but I love, support and champion Paris as much as anyone).
Paris herself is a admirer of Angelina Jolie and a lot of guys would go for her. I like her myself (nowhere as near as much as Paris of course). And being bi-sexual (or not hetrosexual) shouldn’t be a criticism of anyone.
You were spot on with most of the things you said though, but I can see where and why anonymous made their equally valid points too.
I can’t stand other celebrities bashing Paris to get attention for their new product or project – don’t they realise how conformist it is with legions of previous celebrities having got in the act first (not to mention rude and improper – but they don’t seem bothered by that either)? I have to already or really like a celebrity or their work to overlook such digs and in many cases it just means that I’ll never support that person or say a good thing about them again (I’ll never spend money on a Larry Cohen movie, I’ll never buy Hallmark cards again and I’ll never start listening to The Foo Fighters and if I was an American I’d vote Hilary all the way). Paris never seems to bash other people in that way (other than the Kim Kardashian joke that got out of hand – although I’m beginning to think she was right about that one) and I wish more celebrities (and other people too) would follow that kind of lead.

From my point of view, it’s obviously a no-class-act to take public shots at anybody just to show the world how you’re such a moralist or how high up in the sky you are that totally different than those so-called train-wrecks, at the same time, garner as much publicity as someone can get from doing that…
All of these, in the end, just turned out to show how unethical those person can be opposite of what their initial intentions of doing so. To me, there’s nothing to do with the fact that those individuals can be considered financially and professionally successful.
Okay, I may think this is a class issue, but from a different view point, not the same as social status for sure. Also, I think what Dawn indicates are those genre of people whom behaved the same way as explained above. ( if I’m not wrong )
I agree that it’s not all about envy. But then, it’s always interesting to figure out their motives. Why can’t they just mind their own business? Well, I believe that deep down inside of them somehow has not enough confidence, always wanting to put down somebody in order to feel better about themselves.

You’re right LiSi. Generally the kind of people who have to be arrogant and obnoxious are people who deep down have a insecurity problem or aren’t happy in their own skin. They may not even realise it consciously but arrogance is a false attempt at confidence. Why would someone secure and happy in themselves, spend so much time being nasty to others, trolling websites and attacking the reputation of people they don’t even know or care about? Some of these haters (including the “I’m not a hater but” variety) are just as obsessed with Paris than her fans, in that they seem to spend a lot of time and effort following her life and stories about her, just to tear her down at every opportunity. I wish they could see how pathetic and hideous they look in their behaviour.

Well folks, more news.
Paris and Benji, Nicky and David Katzenberg, Nicole and Joel all went out together at the Foxtail last night.
So on their way out there was a paparazzi feeding frenzy and one pap claimed Benji ran over his foot. He evidently was too close to Benji’s car.
Sure enough, the guy has now filed a Hit and Run report. I don’t think there is much sympathy for the guy.
Paris, btw, looked exceptionally beautiful last night.
Kind of funny really – she makes headlines around the world when she isn’t even trying.

All I know is that Paris is way smarter in business than any of them. Make so much money without lifting a finger, HA! It’s obvious who’s laughing their way to the bank 🙂
I just feel bad for people who have to stoop so low to actually go and talk shit. People only talk bad about other people to make them self feel better 🙂 Even though Brad and etc have money and are successful, they must not be content with them selfs to make fun of others.
Whens the last time you heard Paris say anything negative about anyone else.

brad pitt DID insult her. he said she is “blissfully oblivious”. but whatever he probably doesnt know anything about her.
oh and the last time paris said something negative was last week wen she said Kim’s butt i gross, but i know she didnt mean it that way and she is a human.
i agree i think she is much nicer than a lot of other people, but we have to be honest and not make paris out to be a perfect angel.

james,
good call on the brad pitt issue. i was going to post the samething because i remember that same comment he made and how stupid it was because he volunteered it. the interviewer didn’t specifically ask him about paris, brad just brought her up and said that.
I’ll say it again, thre older celebs like brad need to be very thankful that twenty years ago, when they were paris’ age that the internet, digital photography & paaprzzi feeding-frenzies didn’t exist. i’m sure we’d see alot of “bad behavior” from them.
there have always been hollywood gossip rags, but nothing like the level of intrusivenss, career-ruining mean-spiritedness and bashing that goes on today.
even a star like tom cruise has seen his career take a tumble when , through the gossip industry, his personal life eclipsed his professional life in the public’s interest.
