“Stars Are Blind” song featured in a new movie titled “Promising Young Woman”

Paris Hilton’s 2006 debut song “Stars Are Blind” is featured in a movie titled “Promising Young Woman,” which is coming out on April 17, 2020.

In the scene, a couple, played by Carey Mulligan and Bo Burnham, are dancing up and down the aisles lip-synching to “Stars Are Blind” at a pharmacy.

In an interview with The Kock Turnal website, actor Burnham stated: “That was maybe the hardest thing for me to shoot. It was so embarrassing, but it should be because early stages of love are so embarrassing. You’re so punch drunk off of each other’s company so that was good. It was good to be able to do it with her and humiliate ourselves simultaneously.”
