“The World According to Paris” attracts 409,000 viewers

Early estimates by Nielsen ratings show that the premiere episode of “The World According to Paris,” which aired last night, attracted an average of 409,000 viewers on Oxygen TV. It is said that it had the highest Wednesday series premiere in the 18 to 34 and 18 to 49 demographics. The highest ratings that Oxygen has had in its history is a “Tori and Dean” episode with 1.4 million viewers. Oxygen TV is available in 73 million homes.

I’ve always thought that “The World According to Paris” is the type of show that will eventually attract more viewers as more episodes are aired. This has happened several times with many reality shows, such as “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.”

I think those are really bad figures.
I mean she is a world known celebrity and she went to all the talk shows and did tons of publicity, and less than half of a million viewers for the premiere? …

Geez, give the show a chance to grow.

People have to get used to the habit of tuning in every Wednesday night.

Usually the episode with the most viewers is the premiere because of the buzz.
And with such bad critics the views will probably go down…
