Video Of Paris Hilton Protecting Her Privacy Leaked By TMZ
I’ve noticed that TMZ has been very aggressive lately. They’re trying to exploit stories and exaggerate them. It’s fascinating how they dig up everything just to amuse their haters and gain attention.
So TMZ was one of the agencies trying to buy the “Paris Hilton Protecting Her Privacy” tape. It’s actually not as bad as the media was reporting it to be, but I have to be honest, watching this video, made me feel good.
This is a very good video. I know that it’s against the law to do this. What? Screw the law! Paris never wanted to sell her private videos. And even if it’s owned by Rick Solomon, I think what Rick did was highly unethical. He just did it for the money, anyway.

“Screw the law.” R U kidding? Hello! She’s still on probation. Getting in legal trouble in Canada, especially fit results in criminal charges, can be a probation violation that puts her back in jail.
I agree that what rick did was really low, etc, etc, etc, but life’s not always fair. You have to be smart and not always give into your emotions.

Video stores can sell the old tape but they cannot legally use her photo because she is copyrighted.
That’s what Paris was pissed about – and I don’t blame her.
She did not do anything wrong, though.

I don’t blame Paris for getting upset and she did not break any laws.
But Paris needs to send in her lawyers instead of handling such lowlife people by herself. This is too dangerous.

Oh yah, and I’m getting so sick of TMZ and the haters which always write the same crap over and over under different names on the TMZ website.
It’s so weird to see a hate site which is run by Jews.
But TMZ-TV is not too bad. I like watching them.

Fantastic! It was great to see Paris standing up for her rights and fighting back against people who exploit her image. I don’t know much about the legal ins and outs of this, but for me she is morally right. I also admire her courage and self-assertion to go in there herself rather than have someone else handle it. Maybe she shouldn’t make a habit of this as it could be dangerous, but you can understand the anger.

definitely agree with everyone. I understand the anger, but she needs to just let her lawyers handle situations like this. I don’t know what the law isin Toronto, but in LA, you defintely can’t just go into a store and rip down a display even if the store is wrong in putting it up. You need to do things legally, you can’t take the law into your own hands. Otherwise, it’s clled destruction of property, etc.
I think the store selling the video is mild compared to what could’ve happened adn hopefully they still won’t try and sue her just for the publicity as well.
