I bought REPO because Paris is in it.

But I don’t think there is much of a general market for goth pieces with music.
Most people don’t have the patience to sit through them and they sure won’t take their kids to them.

I don’t think this is intended to be for a wide audience. It’s a for the cult following Repo! has and for them to perhaps grow on that.

I love Repo! so much. Not just because of Paris’ involvement. But as a whole. I followed it so closely and am really attached to it. As much as I want to support the Devil’s Carnival, it’s not tickling my pickle as much. I think I would be if Paris was involved but there’s not that initial interest to get my hooked. I’ll buy it when it comes out.. but yeah. I think that’s it.

Paris tweeted that Good Time is coming soon.. so I wonder if that’s the first single then?

I agree. These movies attract an “underground cult” type of audience. I love Repo! too, and not just because Paris is in it. I’ve listened to the soundtrack so many times, and I really enjoy all of the songs.

Not too sure about The Devil’s Carnival, but we’ll see how it turns out. I’ll still make posts about it, since it’s a Repo! like movie that many of us have gotten used to.

I really loved Repo, the outfits and the soundtrack, it was really great.
I don’t think they are really that worried about the audience, I mean, the reason why the company let Derrick do Repo was so that he would do more Saw movies. And Derrick is just using the oportunities to do something he likes.
