Paris Hilton is nominated in the “Fave Celebrity and Pet” category at the Boomerang Pet Personality Awards. She’s currently winning with 59% of the votes so far. Boomerang Pet Personality Awards will be held in London, on September 13, 2009. So let’s make sure she wins it! I think you can vote as many times as you want.

The crazy critters and purr-fect pets here at Boomerang have decided that it’s about time that we celebrated your amazing animals.

So Scooby, Garfield, Bugs, Tom, Jerry and all their friends have come up with the first ever Boomerang Pet Personality Awards!

Because we know that your pets come in all shapes, sizes, colours and characters, we will have an award category for just about every kind of amazing animal.

Paris should work on getting an MTV show that features pets, perhaps she could visit all her famous friends in their homes and feature them and their pets each week.

Or another show that perhaps has to do with fashion and shopping. Perhaps she could tour the world’s fashion houses etc and interview the designers and show their homes and their cities each week.

The point is that people who like Paris would also enjoy looking at the swanky lifestyles of her friends.
It’s great fun and escapism for many people and it could be done with good taste and style.

She should also mention in each segment what charities all these peoples are involved in, to keep it from turning too materialistic. In other words, wealth an elegance with the human touch.

That might work as a five minute segment in something else, but I can’t see it holding the attention as any kind of proper series, Dawn. It could be cute with the pets and all, but I don’t think it would be gripping TV. I can’t speak for anyone else but my self so maybe you’re onto something as far as other Paris fans or general viewers go, but it’s Paris I’m interested in, not her friends. Some of those people I wouldn’t even have heard of them if they weren’t Paris’s friends and I certainly don’t spend my time following their lives or careers in any way. Some kind of show where Paris shows herself going about her various projects and all could be interesting (like the parts of that that were in The Simple Life and BFF sometimes that showed behind the scenes on different chat show appearances or live events like award shows etc). Personally I want to see Paris do more acting and I hope if she continues, she finds the right parts.
