Why Those Scott Storch-Produced Songs from the Debut Album Weren’t Released
The debut album fascination continues…
Remember when we used to complain and ask why the songs produced by Scott Storch were never released as radio singles? I think we now have an answer to this question.
A new article reports the “downfall” of Scott Storch. It just seems that Scott is going through tough times, so, he most likely won’t be producing any new songs for Paris any time soon, which is unfortunate.
According to the article, “he was supposed to help his then-girlfriend Paris Hilton become a music star, but he said his songs for her were deemed too sexual and not released as singles.”
Possibly the unreleased song “Are You With It” falls in the same category. As I said on the forum recently, it is unnecessary to make the songs very “sexual.” Personally, it’s not one of the reasons why I like the album, but that’s just me.

he’s been on the slide for awhile now, but i don’t think they were ever really dating per se. just friends and working together so of course they were seen out together. anyway, i don’t hink any of the songs on the album are too sexual and i thought he produced some of them as well as some they didn’t make the cut and were not releaed.
anyway, i just want to hear her next album and i’m willing to wait a little while for it to be great.

I always LIKED his beats but they were not unique and never amazed me, she needs new producers. Sorry Scott!

I dont see how those songs were too sexual?
Turn You On did have a few suggestive lyrics but shes saying no I’m not going to have sex with you just because we danced!
hm, I personally think I Want You should have been released.. I think that would have had major success.
But I guess Paris will easily find someone new. I’d actually love to see her work with Bloodshy & Avant. I think that would be a pretty fierce combo.
