Winemakers Blasts Paris Hilton Over Rich Prosecco

Winemakers say Paris Hilton is “unfit” to be the face of Rich Prosecco.

Fulvio Brunetta, president of the wine growers association of Treviso, a hater who learned a negative image of Paris Hilton by reading and watching the media, says: “Hilton hotels are a sign of quality; Paris Hilton is not.” So the Paris Hilton brand is not a sign of quality?

Brunetta also adds: “Paris Hilton is sensationalism. It’s not good. It’s not adequate for Prosecco.” He’s been quite fooled by the media, but the average Italian living in Italy has a more much distorted image of Paris than Americans.

The association of whatever Brunetta is part of is going to have a meeting to decide whether or not they’re going to protect the Prosecco name, or something like that, according to Reuters.

There’s also a problem with cans and bottles that the association is raising as an issue. But you can read all about it here.

Rich Prosecco fought back against Brunetta by stating: “It’s as if someone from Champagne would oppose us selling champagne cans with Kate Moss for example. It’s just marketing and Paris Hilton is the most famous girl in the world.” In other words, they’re using Paris Hilton to promote their product.

Mathias Wildt of Reuters also slides his own bias opinion and facts about Paris, but also adds a few fake facts in his article.

Well, I agree with Brunetta. Paris shouldn’t be assiocated with Rich Prosecco, not for the ridiculous reasons he gave, but because I can’t relate Paris to Prosecco.

However, we can say she is endorsing Rich Prosecco.

i’m Italian and the only thing i want to say is Paris is seen in a bad way in Italy, because media and news say only the negative things, like her arrest, and when they talks they invent things to making me shocked and very sad…i’m really sorry about that…sometimes i don’t understand this wickedness against her…she’s sweet and a good artist: she can sing, she can act and she’s really a good person:she helps people and she’s kind with everyone….
even though for me people are only jealous of her, because she’s rich and she had everything from her life and so they don’t want her to be seen as she’s really is…
it’s better i stop to talk, because about that i could talks for hours…

P.S: i’d add another thing: when Paris went to Venice(Italy) last year for Rich Prosecco there was a biggest crowd to watching her[but i couldn’t go there ;( ] and that makes me think a lot….even if people talk about her in a bad way they’re fascinated from her, because Paris is who they really want to be….

Well, Rich Prosecco is a big boy and he can fend off the envious competition. Because that is really all it is.
They see Prosecco expanding big time and of course they seize on anything they can think of to stop him.
Also,I think Paris owns stock in the company.

So,i don’t think that Paris couldn’t present RichProsecco. rich is the party drink and assosiated with glam,party and good time spending. that is way paris is the best for Rich. We like Rich!We like paris!
